The pick-up time is agreed at booking and confirmed before departure. Our drivers know the local roads and rush hours, and factor them into the schedule. If something unexpected happens en route, the dispatch centre calls you. For an airport transfer, give us your flight number: we adjust the time if the plane is delayed.
