What are your rates for an airport shuttle?
Our rates vary depending on your departure municipality. Examples: Waterloo → Zaventem: €60, Waterloo → Charleroi: €80, Braine-l'Alleud → Zaventem: €65, La Hulpe → Zaventem: €70. Check our complete grid on the Rates page. Rates are fixed and include VAT.
What types of vehicles are available?
We offer high-end sedans for 1 to 4 passengers and premium minivans accommodating up to 8 passengers. All our vehicles are air-conditioned, equipped with leather upholstery and premium audio systems and are cleaned after each trip.
Which municipalities do you serve?
We cover Waterloo, Ohain, Genval, Braine-l'Alleud, Lasne, La Hulpe, Rhode-Saint-Genèse, Rixensart and the entire southern Brussels area. Our call center is reachable at all times at +32 2 280 32 32. Online bookings are also open continuously. We respond to all requests, even late at night or early in the morning.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we accept all credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), cash payments and bank transfers before the trip (IBAN provided on invoice). Card payment is secure and we issue an invoice upon request.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, we accept pets provided they do not risk damaging the vehicle interior. Cats must be in a mandatory transport box. Dogs must be kept on a leash by the owner and placed on the floor (not on the seats).
What is the minimum booking lead time?
For online bookings, we require a minimum of 12 hours in advance. For airport shuttles, we recommend booking at least 24h in advance to guarantee availability and personalized welcome.
Do you offer a service for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we welcome people with reduced mobility with special attention. Our chauffeurs are trained to assist with boarding and unloading of passengers and their equipment. Our vans seating up to 8 offer easy access and generous space for folding wheelchairs. We invite you to contact us directly to discuss your specific needs.
Are there surcharges for luggage or specific welcomes?
A welcome surcharge applies to journeys departing from airports (+€10 parking) and the main Brussels stations — Midi, Central and North (+€5); it does not apply to journeys to an airport or station, nor from other stations (Waterloo, Braine-l'Alleud…). If a train is delayed and the customer has not informed us, waiting time is charged at €35/hour. Minivans (8 seats) are charged +€10 on the standard rate. There is no surcharge for standard luggage. Fixed fares are the same day and night; on the meter, the pick-up fee rises from €3 to €6 between 10pm and 6am. For off-grid destinations, the rate is calculated at €3.30/km + €3 pickup fee.
Do you offer trips to Paris, Amsterdam or Luxembourg?
Yes, we offer long-distance trips to Paris (€535), Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Liège (€245), Lille (€255) and Charles de Gaulle (€505). Rates are fixed and include VAT. Contact us for a personalized quote.
What is your policy regarding delays or cancellations?
We guarantee impeccable punctuality. In case of delays beyond our control (traffic conditions), we immediately notify the client. Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before the trip. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.
Do you offer a shuttle service for groups or events?
Yes, we offer group shuttles with our premium vans, seating up to 8 passengers depending on the vehicle available. We also organize transfers for events (weddings, conferences, seminars) with liveried chauffeurs and personalized service. Contact us for a custom quote.

The reference flat rate is €60 from Waterloo. From Lasne, expect €65 to €80 depending on the pick-up village, as the municipality covers nearly 50 km². The exact amount is confirmed before departure, VAT included.
Do you operate at night or on Sundays?
Yes, our service runs 24/7 with no surcharge. Airport and station flat rates are the same by day and by night, weekends and public holidays included.
Do you have vehicles for 8 people?
Yes, we run vans seating up to 8 passengers depending on the vehicle available, alongside our high-end saloons. The van surcharge is €10 and luggage space stays generous.
Do you offer assistance for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, our drivers are trained to assist elderly passengers and people with reduced mobility: door-to-door pick-up, help getting into the car, luggage handling and escort to the check-in desk or clinic reception.
Can I book a taxi directly through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another AI?
Yes. Our site exposes a public MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint at taxisfabbrimone.com/mcp, allowing a compatible AI assistant to calculate a fare between any two addresses and to create a real booking request, at least 12 hours in advance. A booking created this way triggers an immediate email acknowledgement, followed by a final confirmation from our dispatch (availability and exact price) — so it is not yet a final confirmation at the moment the tool is called. We do not currently offer real-time GPS tracking of the vehicle; to know the driver's exact position on the day, call our dispatch at +32 2 280 32 32 (available 24/7).
How do I connect Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini directly to Taxis Fabbrimone?
Add our MCP connector to your AI assistant (a feature available on paid plans only, not included in free tiers).
