To Zaventem the fixed fare is 65 € for about twenty-eight kilometres: one of the shortest distances in the table. The ring road is joined at Échevinage or Espinette depending on the area.
Taxi Rhode-Saint-Genèse → Charleroi Airport (Brussels South)
To Charleroi the fixed fare is 90 €: the municipality is in the north of our area, so further from Gosselies. Allow a good forty minutes for this trip.
Airport → Rhode-Saint-Genèse: the return trip
The return trip to Rhode-Saint-Genèse is booked exactly like the outbound one. Give us your flight number: if the plane is late, we move the pick-up time without you having to call. At Brussels Airport, the driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, in front of WHSmith opposite Quick. At Charleroi, pick-up is at the drop-off area, a few metres from the baggage exit.
Fixed fares include VAT, with no night, weekend or public-holiday surcharge. A 10 € meet & greet supplement applies only when the ride STARTS at an airport: it covers parking and waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. No supplement in the other direction. The van up to 8 seats is +10 €.
Early-morning departures
Being close to the ring road makes early departures to Zaventem comfortable: two and a half hours before a Schengen flight is usually enough.
Luggage and groups
A saloon car takes 4 passengers with their checked luggage. For more people, or if you travel with bulky suitcases, ski equipment or a child seat, ask for a van up to 8 seats (+10 €): mention it when booking so we send the right vehicle. There is no charge for luggage.
