Airport taxi from Waterloo
Waterloo has been our home base since 1978: our office is at 3B Boulevard Henri Rolin, a few minutes from the Chaussée de Bruxelles and the station. Transfers to Brussels Airport Zaventem and to Brussels South Charleroi Airport make up most of our work from the municipality. Both trips are charged at a fixed fare, announced before departure and the same by day and by night.

Taxi Waterloo → Zaventem (Brussels Airport)
From Waterloo, the route to Zaventem takes the R0 ring road and then the A201. The 60 € fixed fare covers the whole trip for four passengers and their luggage, VAT included. At rush hour the ring road can add a quarter of an hour: the price stays the same. For a departing flight we recommend a pick-up three hours before take-off for long-haul flights, two hours for Europe.
Taxi Waterloo → Charleroi Airport (Brussels South)
Charleroi is reached via the N5, which runs south from Waterloo without using the ring road. The fixed fare is 80 €. The journey is more predictable than the one to Zaventem because it avoids the Brussels ring, which makes it a comfortable option for early departures.
Airport → Waterloo: the return trip
The return trip to Waterloo is booked exactly like the outbound one. Give us your flight number: if the plane is late, we move the pick-up time without you having to call. At Brussels Airport, the driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, in front of WHSmith opposite Quick. At Charleroi, pick-up is at the drop-off area, a few metres from the baggage exit.
Fixed fares include VAT, with no night, weekend or public-holiday surcharge. A 10 € meet & greet supplement applies only when the ride STARTS at an airport: it covers parking and waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. No supplement in the other direction. The van up to 8 seats is +10 €.
Early-morning departures
Most of our airport transfers leave between 3 and 6 am. Our dispatch takes bookings 24/7 and the fixed fare does not change at night. For a pre-dawn departure, book the day before at the latest: the vehicle is then scheduled by name. Last-minute requests are handled by phone, not through the form.
Luggage and groups
A saloon car takes 4 passengers with their checked luggage. For more people, or if you travel with bulky suitcases, ski equipment or a child seat, ask for a van up to 8 seats (+10 €): mention it when booking so we send the right vehicle. There is no charge for luggage.
