It is a fixed landmark, visible as soon as you leave the baggage area. Parking and waiting are covered by the 10 € meet & greet supplement, which applies only to rides starting at the airport.
Early-morning and night flights
Brussels Airport opens its check-in desks early: for a 6 am flight, a pick-up around 3.30 am from Walloon Brabant gives the necessary margin. Our dispatch works 24/7 and the fixed fare is the same at night, at weekends and on public holidays. Book the day before at the latest for a pre-dawn departure.
Delayed, early or cancelled flights
Give your flight number when booking. It lets us adjust the pick-up time if the plane is late, without you having to call us from the airport. If you cancel, let our dispatch know as early as possible: cancellation is free up to two hours before the agreed time.
